CSGDIGIT-C32 – Energy / Billing and management (FMDE) at CNES CSG

The expected services relate to the implementation, deployment, and maintenance of the Energy Billing and Management (FMDE) project. The FMDE project, part of the FDS (Flexible, Digital, Sustainable) program's “Digitalization” component, aims to improve the reliability of data reporting and various calculation algorithms for a total amount of €16 million per year, and to reduce the processing time for distribution actions, which are currently time-consuming and repetitive. Phase 1: This phase covers all the functional building blocks expected of the target solution, such as billing, energy park management, energy, functional administration, and ST2 server interfacing. Phase 2: connection to the extended directory of the Guiana Space Center (CSG).
